Welcome to my little corner of the internet, my name is Meg! I started this blog simply as a way to share my twist on favorite recipes and kitchen hacks with family and friends. The goal is to take those classic dishes you love to eat and transform them. Turning them into something that is not only clean and healthy, but ENJOYABLE. All recipes are simple and easy to make. Nobody has hours to prepare gourmet meals every night or the money to buy many different ingredients for a few meals. Most utilize similar staple ingredients for a quick and healthy plate!
My approach to eating is my own. I mostly follow a mostly Paleo diet that is usually free from dairy, artificial ingredients, and ALWAYS gluten-free. Occasionally I do prepare meals with dairy and grains and you will see some recipes on here. However, I try to minimize dairy and grains as much as possible. My stomach doesn’t always like them as much as my taste buds. I enjoy taking classic recipes that you love and finding new and creative ways to make it cleaner and healthier without losing the taste you love.
