The perfect combination of BBQ Sauce and Mustard to make the ultimate marinade.  Can easily be made Keto, Whole30, Paleo, or Sugar-Free but using a compliant mustard or The New Primal BBQ Mustard Sauce!

Ingredients

Units Scale

1 to 1 1/2 pound Chicken

Marinade:

  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup BBQ* and 1/4 cup Mustard* or 1/2 cup New Primal BBQ Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the Marinade ingredients into a Jar/Bowl/Cup and stir till combined
  2. Add Chicken and Marinade to a sealable container, stir or shake to combine
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours and up to 2 days (make sure to check the date on the chicken)
  4. Cook until chicken reaches 165°F
  5. Enjoy!!
