"Blackened" Broccoli that is cooked to perfection with coconut amino and seasoning with the ends crunchy.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pound Broccoli Florets
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut Amino
  • 2 tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl stirring until everything is mixed together
  3. Put parchment paper on a sheet pan and spread the broccoli over the parchment paper. Make sure that they are evenly spread as best you can and that they are not on top of each other
  4. Place the sheet pan into the oven, cook for 10 minutes then flip the Broccoli
  5. Allow the Broccoli to cook for another 10 minutes
  6. Take out of the oven, allow to cool, and ENJOY!
