“Blackened” Broccoli

“Blackened” Broccoli that is cooked to perfection while being crunchy yet still crisp.



  • 1 pound Broccoli Florets
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut Amino
  • 2 tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix it all together until the florets are evenly coated.
  3. Put parchment paper on a sheet pan and spread the broccoli over the parchment paper. Make sure that they are evenly spread as best you can and that they are not on top of each other
  4. Place the sheet pan into the oven, cooking for 10 minutes then flip the Broccoli
  5. Allow the Broccoli to cook for another 10 minutes
  6. Take out of the oven, allow to cool and ENJOY!
