- 1 pound Lump Crab Meat
- 4 tablespoons Almond Flour
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsly
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise ***see note
- 2 teaspoons Coconut Amino
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to Broil
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Once combined, create one inch balls
- Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Broil for 7 minutes
- Enjoy with Old Bay Aioli!
