Maryland Crab Balls

Description

Maryland Crab Balls make the perfect appetizer but are also great for dinner!!  Goes great with my Old Bay Aioli!


Ingredients

  • 1 point Lump Crab Meat
  • 4 tablespoon Almond Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsly
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise ***see note
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut Amino
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  3. For the mixture into one inch balls
  4. Spread out on a baking sheet
  5. Bake for 7 minutes
  6. Enjoy with Old Bay Aioli!
  7. Cook for 7 minutes

Notes

***if following a specific diet, make sure your Mayonnaise is compliant or use homemade!
