Savory Ranch Burgers are full of flavor with a little kick of ranch! This easy-to-make burger is perfect for dinner tonight. Using almond flour makes this gluten-free and easily Whole30, Paleo, and Keto compliant.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil/Duck Fat
  • 1 pound Ground Beef or Ground Bison
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
  • 4 tablespoons Almond Flour
  • 1.5 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning Mix (see Ranch Mix recipe under seasoning and spices)
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup *see note
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard *see note

Instructions

  1. Heat Cast Iron/Pan over medium-low heat with Oil/Duck Fat
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until everything is evenly incorporated
  3. Make five/six burger patties from the mixture.
  4. Carefully place patties in a heated pan and cover, flipping after four minutes.
  5. Continue cooking for another four minutes, flip, and cover (reduce heat if necessary)
  6. Allow the burgers to cook for another 10 minutes, covered, flipping after 5 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
  7. ENJOY!
