Simply Easy and Delicious Deviled Egg Salad
Ingredients
Scale
Hard Boiled Eggs
- 8 eggs
- 5 cups of Water
- 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Deviled Egg Salad:
- Peal, and chop the 8 Hardboiled Eggs
- 2 teaspoon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise **see note
- 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Amino
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
Hardboiled Eggs:
- Add Eggs to a Saucepan, cover with water (about 5 cups), vinegar and 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
- Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat so that the water is at a low boil
- Allow to boil for 12 minutes
- Drain and put into an ice bath to allow it to cool
Deviled Egg Salad
- Peal and chop the cooked Eggs
- Add the Eggs, remaining Deviled Egg Salad to a mixing bowl
- Stir all the ingredients together
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
