Garlic & Chive Mashed Cauliflower

Dairy Free Mashed Cauliflower flavored with Garlic and Chives!



  • 2 pounds frozen/raw Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Nutpods (or Cashew Milk)
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 tablespoon Freeze Dried Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika


  1. Steam/Cook Cauliflower until fork tender
  2. In a food processor add the cooked cauliflower and the remaining ingredients, processing on high until creamy and smooth. ┬áIf you don’t have a food processor you can you a mixer/hand mixer, it might take a little longer to get smooth.
  3. You can top with Butter and Fresh Chives
  4. ENJOY!
