Perfectly Roasted Onions

Description

Perfectly Roasted Red Onion will be you new meal prep staple.  Red Onion roasted in olive oil seasoned with minced garlic, oregano salt and pepper.


Ingredients

  • 1 small-medium Red Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat Sauté Pan over medium low heat, add EVOO and sliced Onions
  2. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring every two minutes
  3. Add Dried Oregano, Sea Salt and Black Pepper
  4. Continue cooking for 4 minutes, stirring every two minutes
  5. ENJOY!!
