Sausage Kale and Sweet Potato Hash is the ultimate Breakfast Hash!



  • 1 tablespoon Avocado/Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Pork or Ground Turkey or Chicken
  • Sausage Seasoning
    • 1 tablespoon Sage
    • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
    • 3/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
    • 3/4 teaspoon Thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon Celery Seed
    • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth or Water
  • 1 pound Sweet Potato cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups de-stemmed and chopped Kale
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt


  • Add the Oil to a pan and heat over medium-low heat
  • Add the Meat and Sausage Seasoning stirring until combined
  • Cover, stirring every few minutes until Meat is cooked
  • Once meat is cooked add the remaining ingredients, stirring so everything is combined.
  • Cover and allow to cook over low/medium-low for 35-40 minutes stirring occasionally
  • Once cooked, remove from heat and allow to sit covered
