Steak & Arugula Salad with a Basil Balsamic Dressing, Tomato, Red Onion & Tomatoes.   Have leftover steak from last night?  Make this Salad for lunch!



Basil Balsamic Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil / 1/2 teaspoon fresh Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder


Large Steak Salad

  • 4 cups Arugula
  • 1 cup Chopped Steak
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Red/Yellow/Orange Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • Basil Balsamic Dressing (you can add more or less if you like)


  1. Make the dressing and allow to sit for 20 minutes so the flavors can combine
  2. Prep you salad
  3. Enjoy
