- 1 Pint Strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro OR Basil
- 2 teaspoons Honey {omit to make Whole30 compliant or substitute for Keto compliant sweetner}
- 1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Juice of a Lime
Instructions
- Dice your strawberries into small pieces
- Add the honey, white wine vinegar and lime juice to a mixing bowl and whisk it together
- Add the Strawberries and Cilantro/Basil, stir until combined
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours till 2 days
- Enjoy!
