Sweet Bay Potatoes a delicious twist to boring sweet potatoes and extremely easy to make. Just slice up a Sweet Potatoes, add avocado, oil ghee, nutritional yeast, old or new bay seasoning and cook till perfectlyy crispy!  Whole30, Paleo and Gluten Free!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 teaspoon Old Bay or New Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Oven to 400° or Air Fryer to 350°
  2. Cut the Sweet Potatoes into slices long ways, about 1/2 inch thick
  3. Melt Ghee and drizzle over cut Sweet Potatoes
  4. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing until everything is incorporated.
  5. Spread out on a Cast Iron Skillet/Baking Sheet/Air Fryer Basket.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes in the Oven or 20 minutes in the Air Fryer, flipping halfway through
  7. Enjoy!
