Bacon Jalapeño Bites {Dairy Free}

Dairy-Free Jalapeno Bacon Bites: They are dairy-free, super easy to make, and delicious! All you need are Jalapeños, Bacon (sugar-free if following a specific diet), and Kite Hill Chive Cream Cheese! Not only is this Cream Cheese Dairy delicious, but it also has a fantastic flavor. It means you don't have to worry about mixing a filling; use one already created! If you are not worried about dairy-free, you can use any cream cheese, but I promise you, you will LOVE Kite Hill Chive Cream Cheese.

How to Make Bacon Jalapeño Bites:

Start with the Jalapeños! I suggest wearing a pair of gloves when prepping so the oils don't absorb into your skin. If not, your fingertips might start burning lightly for a few hours. Cut off the stem and slice the jalapeño, removing the seeds. Place the cut Jalapeño on a spreadsheet and add a teaspoon of cream cheese to the Jalapeño. Cut your Bacon into about 1-inch strips (cut the strips approximately the length of the sliced jalapeño). Place a piece of Bacon on the Jalapeño slice filled with cream cheese. Bake the Bacon Jalapeño Bites for 20 minutes at 350° F.

The fantastic little Bacon Jalapeño Bites make the perfect appetizer for your next party! It is also ideal for your game day watching snack or NASCAR watching! While I was a vast Ravens fan who didn't miss a game, my husband is a Steelers fan. As most people know, the Steelers and Ravens are huge rivals, making for a house-divided.

While watching those games with him is fun, we don't get Steelers games all the time, so we watch the Ravens. My husband is also a fan of ANY team playing the Ravens. He is not always as fun. He is also a die-hard NASCAR fan. He took me to my first race, and I, too, became a huge fan… Jimmy Johnson and Chase Elliott, to be specific. That being said, watching NASCAR on Sundays is much more enjoyable than Football. Either way, these delicious little bites are a staple when watching NASCAR!

  • 8 Jalapeños, pitted and sliced in half
  • Kite Hill Chive Cream Cheese
  • 4 Pieces of compliant Bacon

Instructions
