Buffalo Broccoli Slaw is a great way to change up one of the classic summer salads. If you like spicy food or a little kick then this dish is definitely for you!! Summer is halfway over and summer salads have been on constant rotation. I am constantly looking for ways to take basic simple dishes and change 'em up in different ways! Broccoli Slaw is such an easy dish that we eat with our lunches all the time! I just add leftover Burgers, Chickens or Sausages with it and you have a satisfying, easy, cold lunch on a hot summer day.

How to make Buffalo Broccoli Slaw:

Making this dish is super easy! Start by adding all of the dressing ingredients to a mixing bowl, mixing it all together. Next add you bag(s) of Broccoli Slaw, or any slaw you choose to use. With a pair of tongs mix the Broccoli Slaw and the Dressing until the Broccoli Slaw is covered. Cover the bowl or put in a sealable container, and put it in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavor to develop. Side note, if you eat it right when you make it, it won't taste as good. It takes a little time to for the flavors to combine! In my opinion, the best tasting Broccoli Slaw is when it sits overnight!

Buffalo Broccoli Slaw can stay in the fridge up to 5 days depending on the freshness of the slaw used. I usually look at the date on the Slaw to make sure it has at least 5 days of freshness. This makes it perfect as an extra side dish to add to various meals throughout the week!

I hope you enjoy this twist to Broccoli Slaw as much as we do! It goes great with burgers, chicken, pork, steak and roasted potatoes!
