Honey Bay Sweet Potatoes, delicious bites of sweet potatoes sweetened with Honey and given a little kick with Bay Seasoning. They are perfect as a side dish for a quick and easy dinner. Bite Size sweet potatoes that packed full of flavor make a great appetizer for your Sunday game day. We might not be able to go to our favorite sporting events but we can still enjoy them. What better way to enjoy it then with some delicious snacks to enjoy while you watch. For us our Sunday game day is NASCAR.

We used to watch football as well but with me being a Ravens fan, and my hubby a Steelers fan it just didn't go well. I enjoy NASCAR and my husband has a deep love for NASCAR we just stopped watching football and enjoy a good race on Sundays. We are both Chase Elliot fans, but my husband will always be a Jeff Gordon Fan, and Dale Earnhardt. My husband kindly informed me that I was allowed to pick any driver as my favorite. There was one caveat, they had to drive for Hendrick. I very quickly learned that team ownership is also a very important aspect of NASCAR and my husband was Team Hendrick all the way. While NASCAR is a lot of left hand turns, and at times I get great naps during the race I love our Sundays watching the race.

How to Make Honey Bay Sweet Potatoes:

Making these little bites of deliciousness is extremely easy. Start by cleaning your Sweet Potatoes. You can easily make this dish in your oven or your Air Fryer. My favorite are Jersey Whites, but you can use any sweet potato you choose. Cut into about 1 inch cubes and place into a mixing bowl. Add your honey and Bay seasoning, you can use either Old Bay or New Bay. I prefer New Bay personally I like the taste better, but both work well with this recipe. After your sweet potatoes are evenly coated, spread them out on the baking dish. For the Air Fryer cook at 350 for 20 minutes or in the Oven at 350 for 30 mins. When cooking in the oven I like to use a rack to help get them a little crispier.
