Garlic & Onion Brussel Sprouts might be one of my favorite easy week night side dishes. You can make this dish in the oven or air fryer. If your looking for the extra crispy then definitely use the AirFryer. I feel like I get in a rut with the same things over and over again and I don't take the time to change things up. Its so easy, but at the end of the day lets be honest your tired and you just want to get dinner on the table and not create a gourmet meal. Finding different ways to easily change up your veggies can make that seasoned chicken and baked potatoes, that you are having for the third time this week, a whole new meal.

How to make Garlic and Onion Brussel Sprouts:

Pre-heat your oven to 375°F. You can use cubed Brussel Sprouts or Shredded Brussel Spouts. I buy them pre-shredded, but you can easily thinly slice them or use a food processor to thinly slice them. In a mixing bowl add the Brussel Sprouts, Onion and remaining ingredients, stirring until everything is incorporated. On a parchment lined sheet pan, if you choose, spread out the Brussel Sprouts. Cook the Brussel Sprouts for 18 minutes, stirring after 9 minutes. You can also cook them in the AirFryer, reduce the heat to 325°F. Depending on your air fryer you might need to reduce or increase your cooking time slightly.
