Jalapeño Bacon Turkey Burgers, what’s not to like Bacon and Jalapeno in a burger? I find burgers the perfect go for dinner on a busy weeknight. There are so many different ways to switch them up. Not to mention they are easy to make and delicious! One of the things I love about Turkey is that it soaks in the flavors of what you mix. The Jalapeño and Bacon are perfect compliments to each other.
Coconut Amino is an excellent substitute for Worcestershire Sauce, and I have used it in many dishes. Another option is Primal Kitchen Steak Sauce; it has become my go-to substitute for Worcestershire sauce!
How to make:
Jalapeño Bacon Turkey Burgers are extremely easy to make! Cut up the Bacon into ¾-inch slices. Try using kitchen shears. It is easier than using a knife. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and combine them. Next, make the mixture into the size of small baseball balls and slightly flatten them. Put the burgers into a hot cast iron skillet. Cook for 10 minutes, flip and cook another 10 minutes. Note: If you flip the burger before it is ready, it will stick to the pan. Waiting 10 minutes allows it to get perfectly cooked on each side.
Enjoy Jalapeño Bacon Turkey Burgers; however, you might like it!! I love these with “Sweet Potato toast,” Tessemae’s Ranch, and Tessemae’s BBQ sauce. For lunch, it’s delicious on a bed of lettuce, with tomato and BBQ Sauce; I can eat the burger cold this way. My husband likes Jalapeño Bacon Turkey Burgers with A-1 sauce; if you’re looking for sugar-free, try Primal Kitchen’s Steak Sauce, which is also amazing. If you are looking for a good Gluten Free Bun, I suggest Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Buns or Schar Ciabatta Rolls. How do you like your burger? The options seem to be endless!!
